Day 1:
See – Visit Kentucky’s Country Music Capital - Renfro Valley or see legends at the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame.
Taste – Taste delicious BBQ at Backporch Smokehouse or perhaps some Fried Green maters and Limestone Bites at Limestone Grille
Stay – Baldrock Cabin Rentals which is within walking distance to world class rock climbing or Bear Track Lake Adventures located 15 miles from Natural Bridge State Park and the Red River Gorge
Day 2:
See – Country Music Highway Museum in Paintsville; Loretta Lynn's Homeplace in Van Lear
Taste – Learn about the famous Kentucky moonshine at the Kentucky Mist Moonshine Distillery or try a prime example of down-home, southern comfort food at Bubba’s Drive-in.
Stay – See what Loretta Lynn was singing about and stay in a holler at Hills O’ Sharon Cabin in the Woods or one of the many vacation rental properties along our eastern side
Day 3:
See – Live music at either the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg or relive the glory days of an elegant theater in Ashland at the Paramount Art Center.
Taste – Sip handcrafted beverages and dine at Dueling Barrels Brewery & Distillery or Callihan’s American Pub and Grill where you can enjoy ribs, onion rings or nachos.
Stay – Take in the beauty of the area at Jenny Wiley State Resort Park and the amenities around it. If you’re headed towards Ashland, enjoy the comforts and stories of a historic home and one home to a Kentucky Governor at Governors Inn Bed and Breakfast.
